This oil painting was made from drawings done on site at a Boat Yard in Stourbridge West Midlands, in the heart of the industrial Midlands. Both my parents ere born in Stourbridge and so we have a lot of history over there. I love the canal barges , with their bright paint and interesting shapes. Original oil painting on canvas panel.
